Training record export

Download a CSV of AI-literacy completions, assessment scores, and certificate codes for your own program.

Overview

• Open training record export downloads a CSV of AI-literacy course completions. Article 4 has applied since 2 February 2025, and supervision and enforcement rules began 3 August 2026. The file is a record for your organisation. It is not a certification of compliance, and the Commission does not require this format.
• The export includes:
  • Employee name, email, and role
  • AI course title and completion date
  • Assessment score (0–100%), when one is stored
  • Certificate code, when one was issued
  • Literacy track, when one is assigned

Steps

• Download the training-record CSV:
  • Sign in as a company admin and open the admin dashboard
  • In the EU AI Act Article 4 notice, click Open training record export
  • A CSV file (article4-evidence-bundle-YYYYMMDD.csv) downloads to your computer
  • If you dismissed the notice, open /admin/compliance/article4-export while signed in
  • On Compliance, Open training record export on the Training Requirements and Coverage / Gaps tabs downloads the same CSV as the dashboard. Audit PDF and Download a consolidated AI-governance record as PDF are separate downloads
• Understand the export structure:
  • One row per completed qualifying course for an active employee
  • Columns: Employee Name, Email, Role, AI Course Title, Completion Date, Assessment Score, Cert Code, Literacy Track. Literacy Track is general_staff, leadership, technical, or high_risk_operator, or blank when none is assigned
  • Only approved catalog courses with an AI relevance rating of 4 or higher are included
  • Inactive employees and people with no completed qualifying course do not appear
• Keep the file with your program:
  • Download it on the cadence your program uses and store dated copies
  • Compare it with your roster to see who has not finished the learning you assigned
  • Compare dates and scores with the thresholds your organisation set
  • Ask counsel before you treat the CSV as a legal filing
