Steps

  • Monitor dashboard trends:
    • Assignment completion rates by employee and department
    • Assessment scores and AI Readiness Score (weighted toward AI-relevant skills)
    • AI coaching activity volume
  • Use at-risk detection to identify employees falling behind:
    • At-risk section shows employees with engagement or progress issues
    • Each employee shows their risk score, primary risk factor, and recommended action
    • Risk levels: At-Risk (60+) vs. Critical (80+) — prioritize critical for immediate outreach
    • Filter by department to focus follow-up efforts
  • Use audit and compliance logs to verify learning actions:
    • Filter by user, date range, or event type
    • Review who assigned, completed, or skipped required learning
  • Export reports when your team needs a snapshot for an internal review.
  • Keep an AI-literacy training record:
    • Assign AI-literacy courses to the people who use AI tools at work
    • Use the audit trail to see which account completed the learning
    • On the admin dashboard, click Open training record export and store the CSV with your program
    • Reassign courses when AI tools or roles change
Tip: Article 4 has applied since 2 February 2025. Supervision and enforcement rules began 3 August 2026. The training-record export is for your own program. It is not legal advice or a certification of compliance.
