Creating Your First Learning Path

Step 1: Plan (5 minutes)

• What skill do I want employees to learn?
• What courses exist for this skill?
• Who should take this path?
• What's the logical order?

Step 2: Create in System (7 minutes)

1. Go to Learning → Learning Paths → Create
2. Fill in Name, Description, and Duration
3. Click Add Courses → Select your courses in order
4. Set Completion (all courses required), Assessment (80% to pass), Certification, and Access
5. Review everything
6. Click Publish

Step 3: Assign (3 minutes)

1. Go to Team → Paths → Your New Path
2. Click Assign
3. Select employees (or use bulk upload)
4. Click Assign to selected
5. Done!

After Launch

• Check back in 2 weeks: Are people enrolling?
• After 30 days: What's the completion rate? (Aim for 60%+)
• Celebrate first completions!
